Read MoreThe Great Plains IDEA is an inter-institutional academic consortium of accredited, public research institutions offering fully online programs. Students select one institution to call "home." This is the university at which students are admitted, enroll, pay tuition, transcripts are housed and diplomas are awarded. Active students will have courses delivered from professors at all universities participating in the program. Students generally must be admitted to both their home university's graduate school as well as the specific program.
